Payments may be made through Online Bank Transfer.

The full payment should be settled upon booking and confirmation by the Sales Manager upon receipt of proof of payment to secure the booking and promotion benefits.

While the tour organizer will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances,

such as weather conditions, political situations, or safety concerns, may necessitate itinerary changes.

The tour organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

The tour organizer will exercise reasonable care and diligence in arranging the trip’s logistics and services provided.

However, the tour organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party

service providers, accidents, acts of nature, or any other factors beyond the tour organizer’s control.

Participants consent to the tour organizer using photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional purposes without compensation or notification.

Participants are required to adhere to the scheduled itinerary and timings provided by the tour organizer.

Any deviation from the planned activities should be communicated to the tour guide or coordinator in advance.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to fellow group members, local

communities, and the environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the tour without any refund.

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health and well-being during the trip.

It is essential to inform the tour organizer of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the trip commences. In case of any medical emergencies, participants will be assisted to the nearest medical facility, but all medical expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.

Tour Fees are not refundable. The guest may reschedule his trip subject to additional fees or penalties and the availability of slots.

We strongly recommend that participants will secure adequate travel insurance for the duration of the tour.

In case the tour cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, the tour organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the trip.

Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and raise any concerns during the trip promptly.

Any complaints must be communicated to the group facilitator or coordinator immediately for resolution.
